Quran 39:23:

Allah has sent down the most beautiful saying, a Scripture, consistent and repeating; the skin of those who fear their Lord shivers at it, then their skin and their hearts soften to the remembrance of Allah. That is the guidance of Allah. He guides whom He wills. And whom He sends astray, for him there is no guidance
