Judi Nathan Did Not Use Me As Her Personal Taxi Service

ABCNews is reporting:

Well before it was publicly known he was seeing her, then-married New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani provided a police driver and city car for his mistress Judith Nathan, former senior city officials tell the Blotter on ABCNews.com.
"She used the PD as her personal taxi service," said one former city official who worked for Giuliani.

I wish to categorically deny these allegations. In 2000, I was a modestly-paid pastor in Lancaster, Pennsylvania - some five hours from New York City - and the only taxiing I did was for an overactive centenarian.

As much I may have wished to visit Manhattan and Long Island, I was involved in a torrid love affair of my own that year with a woman I'll identify only as Jennifer M. At first it was a long-distance relationship, but in the middle of the year, she became my live-in. When I made my triumphal return to the wilderness of Wisconsin, she remained as a part of my entourage. Since that time, she has been employed as the Special Deputy Undersecretary for Laundry and Kitchen-Related Affairs. Her portfolio has included informal projects for Street Prophets and diplomatic missions to Salem UCC. Recently, it has expanded to include child-rearing initiatives, and of course oversight of the "Smack Pastor Dan Around The Head And Shoulders" program.

I will admit to having having had free, frank, and fair discussions and in-depth negotiations with Jennifer M. Repeatedly. Sometimes even with the lights on. Perhaps these episodes did not occur as often as she would have liked. However...

Ahem. Excuse me. It is true that I have forged a deep and extensive bond with Jennifer M. I have done so with full knowledge of the risks and benefits involved. More to the point, I am far more afraid of her than I am of Judi Nathan. And considering Nathan's reputation, that's saying something.

I did not and will not serve as Judi Nathan's personal taxi service. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to clarify the record on this important issue. I only hope that future generations of Pastor Dans will not be subject to the same partisan allegations made by ideologically-driven opponents of my plan to introduce the world to Wisconsin beer and cheese.

May God bless us all with cheddar and Spotted Cows.

Yours, Pastor Dan
(aka PD)
